Cyber Crime is FATAL

Website of Indonesias Police waas hacked by Andi Kurniawan a.k.a Fandiekun(22) at May 11,2011.
This cas was handled by Bareskrim Polri Direktorat Tindak Pidana Ekonomi dan Khusus. Fandiekun charged with violation pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP, pasal 50, pasal 22 huruf b UU RI Number 36 Years 1999 about communication and  snared with violation pasal 46 ayat 1, ayat 2, ayat 3, pasal 30 ayat 1,2,3 UU RI Number 11 Year 2008 about Information and Electronic Transaction (ITE).

Fandiekun was hacking POLRI website server which addressed at www.polri.go.id using his own computer. The process of hacking happen in a boarding house at Madukoro street No,48, Pringgolayan, Condongcatur, Depok, Sleman. This action known after a member finding a server located in the date center space in the building Rotekinfo Police TNCC IV floor damaged.
Websites that contain information about the Indonesian National Police's was changed. Display website into two images, on of which holds a flag and inscribed with the words call for jihad.

Juniman, head of Sleman justice, describes that the suspect claimed to have entered into a website using software called "Havij". Software is obtained by downloading it for free on the internet. Software to help browser the Police database. "He confessed to hack arround 2:33 pm using the existing local area network in his rented room." Fandiekun exaplained.

Based on UU ITE 2008, the Punishment is :

1. Every people who meets the elements referred to in Article 30 paragraph (1) shall be punished with imprisonment of six (6) years and / or a maximum fine Rp600.000.000, 00 (six hundred million rupiahs).
2. Every People who meets the elements referred to in Article 30 paragraph (2) shall be punished with imprisonment of 7 (seven) years and / or a maximum fine Rp700.000.000, 00 (seven hundred million rupiahs).
3. Every People who meets the elements referred to in Article 30 paragraph (3) shall be punished with imprisonment of 8 (eight) years and / or a maximum fine Rp800.000.000, 00 (eight hundred million rupiahs).
